We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We operate a drop-shipping model: all products are dispatched directly by our supplier partners. We do not hold our own stock, so dispatch point and delivery time depend on the supplier fulfilling your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
Because items may ship from different suppliers, dispatch and delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and/or confirmed in your order confirmation. Please treat all delivery estimates as indicative rather than guaranteed.
Delivery charges
Our prices are all-inclusive: delivery, forwarding and clearance costs are already embedded in the final sale price shown at checkout, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Taxes and duties
Any applicable taxes, import duties and customs charges are already embedded in the final sale price. You will not be asked to pay additional customs or duty charges on delivery.
Tracking and issues
Where tracking is available, we will provide it. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact office@ebridge-europe.com and we will help resolve it.
